1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using Pest Hulp App, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and all applicable laws and regulations.

2. Description of Service

Pest Hulp App is a SaaS platform for pest control management, including but not limited to:

• Client and location management
• Visit scheduling and tracking
• Invoice generation
• Floor plan management
• Reporting and analytics

3. User Accounts

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities under your account.

4. Subscription and Billing

Subscription fees are billed in advance on a monthly or annual basis. All fees are non-refundable except as required by law.

5. Data Ownership

You retain all rights to your data. We only use your data to provide and improve our services as described in our Privacy Policy.

6. Service Availability

We strive for 99.9% uptime but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. Scheduled maintenance will be communicated in advance.

7. Limitation of Liability

Our liability is limited to the amount paid for the service in the preceding 12 months.

8. Termination

Either party may terminate the subscription with 30 days notice. You can export your data within 30 days of termination.
